Job Title: Treatment Coordinator
Location: Jumeirah & Greens locations
We're looking for a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team at ROZE Bio health As a key liaison between patients and our clinical staff, you'll ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient inquiries and appointments
- Explain treatment plans and financial options
- Coordinate with clinicians to ensure efficient patient care
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience
- Support with internally referred patients
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Immediate start
- Bilingual is advantageous
