Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, experience in cold calling, and a passion for helping clients find their dream properties. This position offers a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Provide expert advice to clients on real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Prepare and present property listings, showcasing features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated on local real estate regulations and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a track record of successful sales.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Must hold a valid husband visa.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
