we are seeking a self-motivated, optimistic, and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. This work-from-home position allows you the flexibility to manage your routine and schedule. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and facilitating meetings—both virtual and in-person—to close deals effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain a network of clients through various platforms. - Conduct virtual and on-site meetings with clients to understand their real estate needs. - Provide expert advice and guidance on property purchases, sales, and investments. - Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing process for deals. - Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
