As a part of ongoing expansion, we are looking for an Sales and Marketing intern:
Details of the role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional trading experiences and operational efficiency. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the fast-paced environment of financial services operations, specifically within the realm of CFD and Forex trading.
Key Responsibilities:
-Daily Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in the day-to-day operational tasks related to trading activities, including trade execution, reconciliation, and reporting.
-Client Service Coordination: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and support for institutional clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
-Process Improvement Initiatives: Actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational processes and efficiency, contributing ideas and implementing solutions.
-Documentation and Compliance: Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to trading activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Data Analysis and Reporting:
Support in analyzing trading data and preparing reports for internal stakeholders, providing insights to inform decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Interest in financial markets and trading activities is a plus.
