Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Planning:

∙ Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms.

∙ Master brand’s tone of voice and help to translate it to social media in engaging ways.

∙ Content Creation and Management for brand’s accounts in the social media (photo and video content).

∙ Research trends in social networks and adapting them to the brand and its values.

Platform Management:

∙ Manage day-to-day posting, editing and optimization of content on multiple social media platforms, such as Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.

∙ Monitor and respond to comments, messages,





and inquiries promptly.

∙ Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, initiating conversations, and encouraging user-generated content.

∙ Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand the reach and impact of social media efforts.

Requirements

∙ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing social media campaigns

∙ Expert understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat

Video content creation

∙ Strong writing and communication skills

∙ A strong grasp on cultural movements and trends and how they impact social media; current on trends, apps, social platform updates, and devices







∙ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
