We at Krish Project Management Services are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our social media presence to new heights.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
l Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
l Manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
l Create compelling and visually appealing content, including posts, videos, and graphics.
l Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
l Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
l Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
l Cultivate relationships with brands to expand our online reach.
Job Requirements:
l Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
l Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
l Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
l Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
l Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and brand voice consistency.
l Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.
l Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
l Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
l Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
