About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing to join Brand & Digital Marketing team in Jumeirah Group.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Responsible for playing a vital role in Jumeirah's direct booking ecosystem. Support digital marketing activities that range from media campaign management to always-on channels audits, media performance reviews, online aggregators profiles management etc.
Support end-to-end digital media campaigns and projects within the Jumeirah Brand & Digital Team
Continually strive to improve the procedures in respective domains.
Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management.
Adhere to departmental policies, HSE processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions enabling excellent service delivery in line with Jumeirah standard of excellence.
Support the Associate Director of Brand & Digital Marketing and VP of Marketing in using internal and external data sources to improve overall digital media channels mix and recommend new ideas or solution for existing digital marketing challenges.
Collect and develop presentations on key data points to support brand and performance marketing activities across the group.
Monitor target keywords across different markets and languages and report about SEO improvements throughout the year.
Work with product development and IT teams to deliver SEO technical improvements.
Work with the content team to ensure SEO content recommendations are applied.
Manage third-party suppliers for end-to-end digital marketing solutions, including brief writing, contract management, and implementation.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Essential
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field from an accredited and renowned University.
At least 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a recognized hospitality or travel organization (such as hotel, destination management office, or trade partner) or luxury brand,
etc.
Experience working in digital marketing planning and execution, with good understanding of digital analytics tools and online channels performance optimization.
Experience managing or leading the execution of campaigns over paid search (Google and Bing), paid social (Facebook and Instagram), and programmatic channels.
Desirable
Master's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field relevant field from an accredited and renowned University
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Marketing Suite, Facebook, or any recognized digital marketing certificate
