Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our team in designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy, sourcing, and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, cold calling, head hunting,
and conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
The ideal candidate should have excellent hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to influence others.
This opportunity will be based in Dubai Air Navigation Services, where it provides air navigation services at four airports in the UAE, one of which is the world's busiest airport for international passengers. Their mission is to empower and develop all their people in delivering world-leading air navigation services that exceed every standard, assure their customers, and shape global innovation.
Key Accountabilities
1. Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
2. Attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
3. Ensure our company attracts, hires,
and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
4. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
5. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
6. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
7. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, cold calling, social media, attending careers fairs, etc.
8. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
9. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
10. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
11. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Promote the organisation's reputation as the “best place to work.”
Specific Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in ATS, Aviation, or a closely related field.
2. Solid and extensive experience in headhunting, networking, and building the talent pipeline.
3. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
4. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, APC’s, etc).
5. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc).
6. Ability to organize skills assessment centres (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric, and IQ/EQ tests, etc).

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
