As a secondary agent you will be expected to be resourceful and proactive - you will have equal support and investment for everything you put into this role. Position: * Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant. Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in sales within the UAE's real estate sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in high-pressure, fast-paced work environments.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Organized and Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience working with Real Estate in Dubai

Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent.

- Results-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Fluency in English, Russian, Hindi or All Nationalities Language are Advantages.
