We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our International Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
1. Correspondent Banking and Network Management:
Manage all aspects of Correspondent Banking and Network Management activity, including:
- Play a key role in Nostro Account selection and execution of payment routing strategies.
- Ensure optimal payment routing arrangements for service delivery and compliance.
- Regularly review Nostro arrangements in key currencies.
- Collaborate with FI Coverage and International teams.
- Negotiate Payment Rebates and monitor existing arrangements.
- Ensure clear SLAs and transparent pricing structures for Nostro arrangements.
- Assist the Remittance Team with partner selection and structuring SLAs.
- Work with treasury to introduce new nostro currencies.
- Monitor outbound payment volume trends and charge type data.
2. New Client Acquisition:
Acquire new clients, conduct financial analysis, and ensure an excellent onboarding experience to achieve acquisition targets.
3. Portfolio Management:
Offer existing clients new solutions and value-added services to increase transaction volumes.
4. Relationship Management:
Review client dossiers, identify needs, and resolve complaints within agreed turnaround times.
5. Risk Management:
Conduct client visits to understand and report on risk profiles.
6. Financial Analysis and Credit Assessment:
Conduct analysis on clients’ financial health and coordinate processing of credit requests.
7. Cross Selling:
Cross-sell ADCB’s products to existing clients to increase product penetration.
8. People Management:
Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s policies and procedures.
9. Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures:
Implement approved departmental policies and ensure adherence.
10. Continuous Improvement:
Manage and motivate the team to participate in change initiatives.
11. Customer Service:
Demonstrate Our Promise and apply ADCB Service Standards in customer interactions.
What we offer:
- Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 37,500– AED 55,000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
