The Role
Job Objective: xe2x80xa2 To assist Senior Finance Manager in the core financial accounting and management reporting function. Tax compliance, reporting and strategy. xe2x80xa2 To carry out feasibility study, market research and other financial analyses. xe2x80xa2 To coordinate with Subsidiaries for monthly financial closing. Key Responsibilities: xe2x80xa2 To coordinate with all concerned and prepare the Monthly accounts with schedules and carry out periodic update and follow up. xe2x80xa2 To coordinate with Subsidiaries (ICH & Others) and prepare consolidated trial balance, P&L;, cash Flow and Balance sheet in coordination with SFM and ensure accounts closing time table is followed.
xe2x80xa2 To coordinate with respective departments and prepare the best achievable forecast for the period. xe2x80xa2 To attend to External & Internal audit requirements and review the accounting policies and procedures and suggest updating in line with IFRS and business requirement. xe2x80xa2 To assist in Microsoft dynamics AX issues / ERP Implementation, coordinate with IT in associated tasks. xe2x80xa2 Other adhoc reporting & presentation for the management. xe2x80xa2 Perform other tasks that are closely related to the position, as assigned by Line Manager/HOD. xe2x80xa2 Ensure compliance with the companyxe2x80x99s policies, rules and procedures related to Health, Safety and Environmental Management.
Requirements
Requisite Qualifications: xe2x80xa2 Bachelor's degree in Finance or business studies. xe2x80xa2 CA/CPA or equivalent. xe2x80xa2 Masterxe2x80x99s Degree in Business Management/Administration is highly desirable. Experience Requirement: xe2x80xa2 IFRS & UAE VAT/CIT technical knowledge.
xe2x80xa2 With 5 Years of Experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry/Reputed Audit Firms. xe2x80xa2 Working experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX & Report preparation skill. Should have hands-on experience in feasibility studies, financial modelling & analysis. Skill Sets Required: xe2x80xa2 Results Focused. xe2x80xa2 Teamwork. xe2x80xa2 Integrity. xe2x80xa2 Communication, Interpersonal & Presentation skills. xe2x80xa2 Planning & Organizing. xe2x80xa2 Strategic Focus. xe2x80xa2 Mentoring & Coaching. xe2x80xa2 Excellent Negotiation & Decision making skills.
