Overview
As a Product Associate for our website, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our online presence. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our website delivers an exceptional user experience, aligns with business goals, and drives growth. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and creativity to optimize website performance and meet the evolving needs of our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and performance.
2. Implement updates, enhancements, and bug fixes in collaboration with development and design teams.
3. Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and track key performance metrics.
4.
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to engage users, enhance SEO, and drive conversion.
5. Coordinate with content creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, relevant content.
6. Conduct periodic content audits to maintain consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
User Experience Optimization:
1. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user behavior and preferences.
2. Propose and implement enhancements to improve website navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.
3. Collaborate with design and development teams to prototype and iterate new features and functionalities.
SEO and Traffic Generation:
1. Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings,
and maximize visibility.
2. Optimize website structure, metadata, and content to align with target keywords and search intent.
3. Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
1. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align website initiatives with broader business objectives.
2. Coordinate website updates and launches to support marketing campaigns, product releases, and promotional activities.
3. Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience with start-up incubators, accelerators, and ideation.
2.
To have led or been involved in any innovative initiatives.
3. The successful candidate will possess a high level understanding of technical concepts.
4. Previous experience with software development or data analysis is a plus.
