Key Job Responsibilities :
- Assist the Laundry Manager in overseeing laundry operations and colleagues.
- Ensure the timely and efficient processing of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
- Uphold the highest standards of laundry cleanliness and quality.
- Assist in managing laundry schedules to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate laundry requirements.
- Support the maintenance and repair of laundry equipment and machinery.
- Implement and enforce laundry policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Contribute to laundry inventory management, including linen and uniform stock levels.
- Assist in laundry budgeting, cost control, and procurement of laundry supplies.
- Train and mentor the laundry team, fostering efficiency and attention to detail.
- Assist in maintaining records and reports related to laundry operations.
- Address guest and colleague laundry inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Participate in special laundry projects and initiatives.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
