The Corporate Fleet Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored vehicle solutions.
This job works closely with key decision-makers within client organizations to provide premium vehicles that align with their business needs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify potential corporate clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate accounts.
Develop a deep understanding of client requirements, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable vehicle options.
Serve as a consultant to clients,
understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions from the premium vehicle range.
Conduct regular market visits and manage territories effectively to maximize client engagement and business development.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate vehicle solutions to corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address the specific needs of each client.
Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales deals by clearly describing the commercial proposal breakdown and facilitating the necessary paperwork to finalize transactions.
Provide financing solutions to clients, coordinating closely with the finance department and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Regularly submit sales reports and updates on day-to-day activities to the line manager for review.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
Proactively reach out to potential and existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
Liaise with sales administration to ensure the timely delivery of new vehicles, coordinating pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and other logistics as required.
Gather competitor and market data to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to contribute to product and service improvements.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of conduct, attitude, attendance,
and personal appearance.
Participate in in-house training programs on products, technical skills, IT skills, and soft skills to enhance career development.
Continuously improve knowledge of the product lineup, including features, specifications, and customization options.
Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making.
Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 1-3 years working experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
Valid UAE driver's license.
