We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales person who is fluent in Russian to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills in both English and Russian, and a proven track record of success in real estate sales.Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on market trends.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and negotiating terms on their behalf.
- Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during visits to potential properties.
- Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, and other necessary documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and attorneys, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Russian (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.
- Valid real estate license in Dubai.
