Experience:

Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute country marketing plans through integrated marketing campaigns, localized promotions, and strategic initiatives.
2. Initiate and support local event activities, from UAE to the whole GCC regions.
3. Create and manage consumer-centric marketing campaigns to acquire new users, retain existing customers, and brand building.

Explore new ways to engage and identify marketing channels to reach our target customers, such as but not limited to paid advertising, event marketing, PR campaigns, content strategy, and influencer marketing, etc. with headquarters' support.
5. Initiate and drive localized large-scale demand and lead generation campaigns.
6. Help drive and execute on marketing automation via Zapier, Hubspot for large-scale lead generation campaigns and keep track on sales efficiency.
7. Ownership of region marketing metrics e.g., UAE MQLs, Qualified Ops, and traffic for the website and local marketing operations.
8. Driving local use cases and localized landing pages.
9. Supporting global branding and product marketing activities.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with country teams and headquarters in driving marketing initiatives.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related discipline.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing for UAE with strong knowledge of the local market, including traditional and digital media landscape.
3. Experience in the European market e.g., Germany, Netherlands, or Italy is a strong plus.
4. Business-level fluency in English and native in Arabic is a must.
5. Additional European language e.g., German, Dutch, or Italian is a strong plus.
6. SaaS marketing and start-up experience is preferred.
7. Willingness to travel within the GCC regions.

Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
9. A fast learner and can quickly adapt to changes.
10. A problem solver with a can-do attitude.
11. Strong interest in marketing and SaaS.
