Our Requirements
This is a full-time commission-only Sales Consultant role at BWC Real Estate Dubai.
Sounds like you To apply, you need to be / have :
- Multi-lingual, preferred Russian, Arabic and / or French
- Currently reside in Dubai
- Proven experience of 6+ months in a Sales Role (Real Estate preferred)
- Driving Licence
- Confident in commission-only environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients of different background
- Adapt to fast-paced environment
- Be confident on the phone and in person
- Ability to work strategically and meet personal deadlines
- Persuasive communication, customer service, objection handling or similar
- Entrepreneurial mindset
