Job Requirements
- At least 5 years sales experience in FMCG / EXPORT/ HORECA in UAE Market.
- Male/ Female candidate, Graduate higher courses in Retail Management.
- BA/BS University Degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Passion for Sales, Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
General Responsibilities
- Initiate retail channel sell-through programs, promotions & other marketing strategies to improve business.
- Responsible for building the right sales forecast and managing the product inventories with the partners.
- Build strong,
influential and collaborative business relationships with the retailer, hotels, and distributor.
- Manage all the account partners to perform against short and long-term company goals across the whole sales proposition.
