Job Description: Internal Recruiter (Temp) - Arabic speaking up to AED 15,000

Our client is looking for a temporary Arabic speaking Internal Recruiter to join their team to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain valuable MNC HR experience with a leading company. Candidates with experience recruiting Regional roles within the financial services industry would be preferred.

Responsibilities include:

1. Facilitating the recruitment process, placing adverts on job boards and social media
2. Screening a high volume of CV’s, shortlisting and conducting 1st round interviews
3.





Liaising with Recruitment Agencies
4. Liaising with line managers, booking interviews for candidates
5. Creating reports on recruitment status
6. Generating high quality candidates through networking and headhunting
7. General recruitment support for the Recruitment Team

Job Skills:

1. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience

4. You will be confident to liaise with all levels of staff
5. You must have UAE experience, ideally working within a MNC
6.





Candidates who are immediately available are preferred
