Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading Facilities Management company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all financial, accounting, banking, and fiscal operations under the guidance of the Director of Finance.
2. Supervise daily and periodic finance processes, including accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), inventory, cash & bank management, and payroll reconciliation.
3. Ensure timely and accurate month-end closings and reporting in alignment with the agreed schedule.
4.





Oversee the preparation of weekly cash flow statements and monthly cost allocation reports.
5. Assist the CFO and Executive Directors with the preparation of the annual budget.
6. Implement the approved budget, including any adjustments, and ensure proper posting to the system.
7. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against the budget and provide detailed reports to senior management.
8. Review the financial performance of all contracts on a monthly basis, analyzing actual performance against the budget and identifying any variances.
9. Guarantee adherence to internal policies, accounting standards, and local laws and regulations related to finance.
10. Lead and manage a team of accountants responsible for all facility and property management accounting activities.

Requirements:

1. 7-10 years of proven experience in financial management within a similar industry.
2. Professional qualification such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants),





ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or equivalent.
3. Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
4. Proficiency in using SAP.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.

Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience in facility management, including knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.
3.





Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
5. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in CAFM.
7. Fluency in Arabic will be an advantage.
