Job Overview :

- Develop & implement strategy of the assigned key account (Government)
- Maximize our share of wallet with all projects assigned to the key account (Government)
- Specify our products as a standard solution with Key accounts.
- Achieve Sales & profit plan on yearly basis.

Key Accountabilities

- Accountable to develop & implement of the strategy of the key accounts
- Accountable for Relationship Management to external & internal Partners related to Key projects.
- Creating TECON Product and System specifications, supporting high conversion rate to sales in all
- Projects assigned to related to KA.
- Increase share of wallet of the Key accounts by project specification & Conversion level






- Inclusion our products & Technologies and applications within key account standards.
- Achieve Order Intake, Sales and Gross Margin targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
- Sales target achievement.
- Update & Review weekly / monthly sales performance using CRM.
- Explore new sales territories / sales coverage area.
- Assist in developing products to cover all segments.
- Prepare and present regular reports, customer visits and sales forecasts using CRM.
- Generate and implement Business Plans for the sales of respective product portfolio.
- Develop and implement account plans tailored to each key client's goals.
- Identify and develop customers to ensure growth; Contractors & EPCs covering entire product portfolio.
- Generate and implement account management plans for the existing and new customers.
- Strong coordination with product management team to ensure achievement of product sales in assigned customers portfolio.
- Maintain and manage existing customers in the region. Create brand awareness for TECON.







Qualifications / Requirements

- Minimum 2 to 5 years in the sales & MEP trade at UAE market.
- Technical & commercial experience.
- Self-motivated with willingness to grow and develop in a leadership role.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years in the sales trade at UAE market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at high levels of the organization.
- Must have Valid UAE driving license.
