Job Summary

As an Administrative coordinator you will be Taking Care of all tasks related to the reception and Take part in Purchasing and Logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION

- Greet and welcome guests / visitors as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, Provide basic accurate information in-person and via phone / email
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries






- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitoring logbook)
- Issuing PPEs to visitors visiting the plant
- To monitor office facilities (including stationeries and other office equipment)
- Assist with travel arrangement such as flight, hotel booking and car rental when needed
- Setting up meeting room / training, arranging catering for events when needed
- Coordinates with facility / Building maintenance for any repair, pest control and cleaning services
- Perform all other tasks assigned by Supervisor
- Creating PO’s in JDE ERP system and monitoring score card
- Sending / Receiving documents and non-documents packages for both local and international
- Drafting shipping documents
- Follow company policies, procedure, QMS and HSEMS

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES E REQUIRED

- Pleasant personality with friendly manner
- Good communication skills, ability to handle different kinds of people from different culture and background.
- Time management, organized,





quality oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize task
- Customer service attitude

EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE REQUIRED :

- Proven work experience as a Receptionist and Admin
- 0-2 years’ experience in a related field
- College Graduate
- Logistics experience
- Knowledge In JDE ERP is advantage
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office software
- Good business English and Microsoft command
