Job Overview :

As a Medical Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and educating eye care professionals about our products and services related to Myopia, Presbyopia, and Light Management.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other eye care professionals, ensuring trust and credibility.

You will be part of a dedicated regional Medical and Professional Affairs team and report directly to the GCC Medical and Professional Affairs Management.

Key Responsibilities :







- Develop and increase prescriptions and sales within your designated sector, in collaboration with your manager.
- Provide technical education and training to healthcare professionals on prescription criteria, clinical data, and recent studies.
- Plan and schedule visits and meetings, expanding your network in the Ophthalmology sector with support from the GCC Medical and Professional Affairs management.
- Conduct training events, webinars, and master classes for Eye Care Professionals and internal company employees on our products.
- Present to medical professionals on Eye Care, Eye Health, and prescribing solutions for refractive issues.
- Explain our products and services to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals during visits, training sessions, conferences, and meetings.
- Monitor KPIs and results, applying corrective actions when necessary, and provide regular reports.

Interaction :

- Internal : Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing,





and Education departments for product-specific campaigns and initiatives.
- External : Engage with stakeholders in the ophthalmology sector including Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, Opticians, Hospital / Clinic staff, and Store Sales if required.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Educational background in Science, Optics, or Biomedical Engineering (Optical / Optometry degree is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Representative or a similar role in Ophthalmology within the UAE.
- Strong experience and connections in the UAE ophthalmology market.
- Proven experience in medical training and education.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to influence and develop others.
- Autonomous, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a competitive environment.






- Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented, organized, and an active team player.
- Proficient in basic IT tools (MS Office, Web).
- Valid Driver's License and access to a car.
- Flexibility to travel within the UAE.

Languages :

- Due to nature of job and its responsibility fluency in English and Arabic
