Apt Resources is currently seeking an Invoicing Assistant to join our client's team, a reputable Vegetable Company. As an Invoicing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of invoices and managing related administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare invoices accurately and efficiently
- Verify and reconcile invoice data
- Ensure invoices are sent to customers in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers for any outstanding payments or discrepancies
- Maintain and update customer records and information in the invoicing system
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in invoicing or a similar administrative role is preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Currently in UAE
