A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but youxe2x80x99ll mostly be:
xe2x80xa2 Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard
xe2x80xa2 Ensure your shift team have a current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
xe2x80xa2 Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day
xe2x80xa2 Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work
xe2x80xa2 Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program
xe2x80xa2 Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely
xe2x80xa2 Maintain the professional appearance of the Front Desk with a focus on hospitality and Guest services
What We need from you:
- Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so youxe2x80x99ll be easy to talk to
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
- Fluency in the local English- Russian language skills would be great
- Literate and tech-savvy - youxe2x80x99ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
