Are you a creative genius with an eye for design and a passion for marketing Ray White International Real Estate is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop captivating visual content for all Ray White International Real Estate social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create eye-catching graphics, infographics, videos, and other multimedia assets to engage our audience and promote our properties and services.
- Collaborate with our Sales & Marketing Director to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
- Design print materials such as flyers, brochures, signage, and advertisements to support our offline marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, social media marketing, trending reels and real estate to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
- Assist in maintaining consistency across all marketing channels by adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and social media marketing, preferably within the Dubai real estate industry.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
and other graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent track record
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and effective marketing materials.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
