- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and individuals looking to purchase off-plan properties.
- Effectively present off-plan properties to clients, highlighting unique selling points, potential return on investment, and any additional benefits.
- Prepare and distribute visually appealing marketing materials showcasing off-plan projects.
- Stay updated on local real estate regulations and ensure all transactions adhere to legal requirements.
- Assist clients in understanding and completing necessary documentation for off-plan property purchases.
- Provide financial advice to clients, including mortgage options, payment plans, and investment strategies related to off-plan properties.
- Collaborate with financial institutions and mortgage brokers to facilitate smooth financing for clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and developers to ensure favourable deals for all parties.
- Facilitate the closing of off-plan property transactions, including handling contracts and coordinating with legal professionals.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for off-plan properties,
utilizing online and offline channels.
- Organize promotional events and open houses to attract potential buyers and investors.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to off-plan properties.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance knowledge and networking opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer support throughout the entire property purchasing process.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Generate regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and client feedback.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
