QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIEINCE REQUIRED

xc2xb7 Knowledge:

- Basic knowledge of lubricants blending process.

- Good knowledge of Warehouse management, mass balance / transaction process in SAP (PP & SD module).

- Working knowledge on 5S & visual Techniques and Statistical data analysis.

- Reasonable knowledge on HSEQ management systems : ISO 9001 ,ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 50001.

xc2xb7 Skills:

- Perform as a Team Player







- Computer Literacy - MS Office, Outlook and SAP

- Good communication Skills and reasonably well-spoken in English Language.

- Interpersonal Skills.

xc2xb7 Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in similar position in an ERP background , working experience in SAP is preferred in lubricants production / logistics with an aptitude to adapt to the computerized stock transactions requirement.

xc2xb7 Education:

- Graduate in any discipline.

JOB ACTIVITIES

xc2xb7 Day to day entries in SAP on the receipts of packaging materials, additives & non blendables etc.,

xc2xb7 Day to day timely entries in SAP for the production orders & bulk dispatches ensuring accuracy and control.

xc2xb7 Day to day timely Purchase requisition through ARIBA /OPTIMA.

xc2xb7 Liaison with TEMMEZE / logistics in relation to any issues affecting entries in SAP.







xc2xb7 Be responsible for agreed time performances in relation to timely entries in SAP.

xc2xb7 Assist Line manager in the reconciliation of materials during inventory checks and tally.

xc2xb7 Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between physical inventory and SAP records and support to line manager on remedial actions.

xc2xb7 Stand in for Logistics Executive and be in control of the logistics processes.

xc2xb7 Responsible for Monthly reports like - Blending FEE report , stock dash board update and analysis report on variation in packaging items.

xc2xb7 Receipt and Inspection of packaging as per QHSE guidelines.

xc2xb7 Monitor stock of consumable items and co-ordinate with line manager and other functions for replenishment.







xc2xb7 Schedules work for special and periodic inventories of packaging items with Production team. Ensure physical counting efficiency and accuracy, analysis deviations and take action as team to reduce the loss amount.

xc2xb7 Team work with other department to improve pallet management, material receiving, material issuing and support finished goods transferring from filling to warehouse.

xc2xb7 Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that Packaging items are stored correctly and safely, and storage space is used efficiently.

xc2xb7 Co-ordinate with purchasing, planning and logistics to ensure timely raw material receiving in SAP following standard process.

xc2xb7 Implementation of Continuous improvement Plan and adopt to new digital solution.







xc2xb7 Day to day handling reports on Digital tool like Leancure,LUBCEL, EMS , LUBCAT etc..

QHSE Objectives & Assignments :

xc2xb7 To understand and adherence to the current regulatory requirements applicable to the areas of responsibilities.

xc2xb7 To comply with TEMME Safe Work Permit program (as per the PTW roles and responsibility assignment: process owner/ permit applicant/ issuing authority and approval authority).

xc2xb7 Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE & Energy Policies and Manuals.

xc2xb7 Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.







xc2xb7 Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate's HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.

xc2xb7 To contribute, meet and improve upon the KPI & EnPI targets as set towards overall QHSE and Energy objectives.

xc2xb7 Selection and availability of applicable PPE's at all time and ensuring the strict use of PPE's in work area of responsibility.

xc2xb7 Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.

xc2xb7 Participate in the safety risk assessment, health risk assessment, planed general inspections, loss control tours and other kind of audits as per the TELBU QHSE requirements.







xc2xb7 Control of quality and safety in operations ,as he is the first in line and exposure to QHSE can be high due to unsafe acts on quality / safety concerned.

xc2xb7 Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities.

xc2xb7 Participate or lead Improvement projects ( DMAIC) carried out in work area. Train and guide his subordinates well in time for achieving the levels of success
