We are hiring Branch Manager for a well known Cafe in Dubai.

Branch Manager - (Restaurant or Cafe experience mandatory)

- Minimum 3 years experience in Cafe or Hotel.
- Must have experience in leading and managing restaurants.
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Experience in managing operation budgets.
- Planning menus.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guidelines.
- Promoting and marketing the business.






- Overseeing the general operation in kitchen, rest. floors and stores.
- Providing trainings to customer service staffs.
- Looking after customers and their needs.
- Ordering supplies
- Preparing & Monitoring staff schedule, attendance.
