The HR Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing human resources (HR) programs and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. They play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, as well as ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals
- Manage the HR department and its team of employees
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
- Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary action and terminations
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Coordinate with the HR Administration team for topics such as offer and contract preparation, letter preparation, HR induction for new joiners and probation follow up. Skills:
