We are looking for a dynamic Admin & Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between the company, sales team, and customers. If you have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in building materials, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product deliveries and ensure timely logistics management.
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage payment follow-ups and track outstanding payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, the sales team, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a communication bridge between the company, sales team, and customers, ensuring smooth operations and problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administration **(experience in building materials is a plus).**:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
