Key Responsibilities:
1. Safe and Timely Deliveries: Navigate designated routes on a bicycle to ensure the safe and punctual delivery of packages to customers.
2. Package Handling: Handle packages with care, ensuring that they remain intact and undamaged during transportation.
3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with a smile and professionalism.
4. Adherence to Traffic Rules:
Observe and adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe and responsible cycling.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery and any special instructions from customers.
6. Bike Maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance on the delivery bike to ensure it remains in good working condition.
7. Efficiency: Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a bike rider or in a similar role is a plus.
- A valid bicycle rider's license.
- Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.
- Physical fitness and the ability to ride a bicycle for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic maintenance skills for the delivery bike.
- Good communication skills.
