We're seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Female Sales Associate to join our team at our upcoming weekly pop-up at Ripe Market.
**Position Summary**:
As a Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in representing our brand and providing exceptional customer service.
You'll be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing our products, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance
- Showcase our clothing collection and highlight key features and benefits
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with pop-up setup and breakdown
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience working in retail is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style
**Schedule**:
- Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Saturday) and 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Sunday)
- 30-minute early arrival and late departure for setup and breakdown
**Compensation**:
- Daily rate
**Duration**:
- November 2024 - March 2025
