Supervise and lead a team of skilled mechanics and technicians.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance work meet high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of completed jobs.
- Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle issues.
- Provide cost estimates and updates on repair status.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of light/Heavy vehicle systems and components to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience, atleast 5 years, as a Light/Heavy Vehicle Workshop Supervisor/Technical Team leader or similar role in UAE.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of light vehicle repair and maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Relevant technical degree or certification.
- Prefer immediate joiner
**Salary**: From AED1.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
