The primary objective of the Indoor Sales Manager at Saniservice is to lead and oversee the indoor sales operations, ensuring the effective management of the front desk team. The focus is on driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Saniservice's diverse range of services, including AC cleaning & disinfection, AC installation, maintenance, hygienization, mould remediation, water tank cleaning, and pest control.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team.
- Foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
ERP-Driven Customer Insights:
- Leverage the unified customer data within the ERP system to gain deep insights into customer preferences and behaviour, identifying cross-selling opportunities based on this information.
Integrated Sales Process and Automated Marketing:
- Streamline sales process within ERP to seamlessly incorporate cross-selling startegies, using automated marketing campaigns and prompts to suggest complementary products or service during customer interactions.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Sales Performance Management:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement measures to enhance sales team productivity and efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Product and Service Knowledge:
- Stay updated on Saniservice's full range of services.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and trends.
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities.
- Present findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
- Provide input on promotional activities and campaigns.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and refine sales processes for efficiency.
- Implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Training and Development:
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for the front desk team.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development.
Budget Management:
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage the sales budget effectively.
- Monitor and control expenses to optimize resources.

Pay: Salary + Quarterly Commissions
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
