**Job Title: Part time-**Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
- Evaluate patients' medical and dental histories to diagnose and plan treatment.
- Perform thorough examinations of the oral and maxillofacial regions using imaging studies and other diagnostic tools.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Conduct a variety of surgical procedures, including tooth extractions, jaw surgery, facial reconstructions, and implant placements.
- Address conditions such as cleft lip and palate, facial trauma, tumors, and congenital abnormalities.
- Specialize in the placement of dental implants to replace missing teeth, involving the surgical insertion of implant fixtures into the jawbone.






- Correct misalignments of the jaw and bite through orthognathic surgery to improve functionality and aesthetics.
- Diagnose and treat disorders affecting the temporomandibular joint, which can cause jaw pain and dysfunction.
- Provide surgical solutions to enhance facial aesthetics, such as cosmetic facial surgery and procedures like rhinoplasty.
- Collaborate with dentists, orthodontists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide consultations to discuss treatment options and educate patients on potential outcomes and risks.
- Monitor patients postoperatively to ensure proper healing and recovery.
- Prescribe medications and provide postoperative instructions to manage pain and prevent complications.
- Stay abreast of advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through ongoing education and training.

**Qualifications**:

- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.






- Completion of a residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Board certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- State licensure to practice oral and maxillofacial surgery.
