**Job Description: Master Cutter & Pattern Maker for Western Party & Ready-to-Wear Dresses at MOOEi**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop accurate patterns for Western party and ready-to-wear dresses, using both digital and manual methods.
- Execute precise fabric cutting, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Perform size grading to accommodate different sizes, maintaining consistency across the range.
- Manage bulk cutting processes for efficient and high-quality production.
- Oversee production workflow, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize garment construction and fit.






- Work with various fabrics, understanding their unique characteristics and handling requirements.
- Demonstrate knowledge of party dress construction, trends, and styles to ensure fashion-forward and high-quality outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Master Cutter and Pattern Maker in fashion, specifically in Western party and ready-to-wear garments.
- Proficiency in size grading, bulk cutting, and production management.
- Strong understanding of party dress styles, garment construction, fabric types, and industry-standard cutting techniques.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality garments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
