**About Us**: Easy Lease Motorcycle Rental is a leading provider of motorcycle and vehicle rental services. We are expanding our operations to include a comprehensive towing business and are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage our towing fleet.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fleet Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the towing fleet, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.
- Schedule and dispatch towing vehicles to meet customer needs and operational requirements.
- Monitor the performance of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition and meet safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.

**Driver Coordination**:







- Supervise and support towing drivers, providing guidance and resolving any operational issues.
- Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training as needed.

**Maintenance and Safety**:

- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of towing vehicles to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Maintain an inventory of necessary parts and supplies for vehicle maintenance.

**Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and efficient towing services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present regular reports on fleet performance, operational issues, and financial metrics.






- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in the towing or transportation industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards.






- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
