Site Supervisor
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor - Interiors Fit Out experience only. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day site operations including material management, labor management, and site coordination ensuring that the work executed on the site is as per approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards. You will also oversee the quality control process, monitor progress, coordinate subcontractors and issue work instructions according to the project’s schedule and plans.
Responsibilities :
- Supervising experience in Fit-Out interior works knowledge of civil & MEP works will be considered as an added advantage (site).
- Knowledge of drawings and implementation to site.
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handling site accidents by established accident protocol. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material deliveries, and workforce attendance.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Use a leveling machine accurately to ensure precise measurements and alignment.
- Must have a working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural and Interiors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a successful history of managing diverse project teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a site supervision role with fit-out contracting experience
- Degree or diploma in civil engineering or relevant field
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Experience in any GCC (UAE Preferable) is a Must.
- Can join immediately.
