We are a premier limousine service company in Dubai, dedicated to providing exceptional transportation services to our clients. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Limousine Fleet Operations Manager to oversee our fleet operations and ensure seamless, efficient, and high-quality service.
Job Description:
The Limousine Fleet Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our limousine fleet. This role requires someone with a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills,
and the ability to lead a team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving abilities, and ensure the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the limousine fleet, including vehicle scheduling, routing, and maintenance.
- Manage and train a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Monitor and maintain fleet efficiency, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition and ready for use.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and regular inspections.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize fleet utilization and reduce costs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Ensure all drivers adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fleet management,
preferably in the limousine or transportation industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
- A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
