We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Guide clients and team members through the negotiation process, ensuring optimal results
- Stay informed on real estate market trends, property values,





and local regulations
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing excellent customer service
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar real estate leadership role
- Proven track record in successful property transactions and team management
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations
- Experience in off-plan property sales is a plus
- Fluency in both Malayalam and English
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
