Full job description
- Feedback from the line managers regarding the candidates being interviewed to be collected and job offer to be prepared and shared with the shortlisted candidate.
- Co-ordinate with the department in charge and the candidates regarding the available schedule for the interviews.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn).
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Interview candidates (via telephonic interview, virtual interview, and in-person).
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
- Coordinate with management and concerned units regarding the recruitment of doctors, nurses, technicians, clinic managers, and other general category staff.
- Provide information and statistics to assist in the calculation of the KPIs and responsible for HR KPIs related to recruitment.
- Identify the requirements of recruitment in the facility, new and replacements, and recruit accordingly.
- Design and implement recruiting systems for the organization and develop a recruitment plan.
- Participate in the interview panel and support in the recruitment process.
- Execute recruitment plans efficiently.
- Ensure that all the relevant documents from the clinical/non-clinical candidates are shortlisted and forwarded to the concerned representative for the process of the DOH/DHA licenses.
Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or its equivalent.
- With computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Proven work experience of 2 to 3 years as an HR recruiter or in a similar role.
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Good spoken and written Arabic and English communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices of the country.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
