Job Summary: The SEO & Google Ads Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and managing Google Ads campaigns to improve organic and paid search performance. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices keyword research onpage and offpage optimization and expertise in Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify highvalue keywords and opportunities.
- Optimize website content meta tags headers and images for SEO.
- Implement onpage and offpage SEO techniques including link building.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush and Moz.
- Google Ads Management:
- Create manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy and develop ad creatives.
- Monitor and adjust bids budgets and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR CPC and conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze and report on the performance of SEO and Google Ads campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in SEO and Google Ads.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the content design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO and PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business IT or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
- Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and managing successful PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush Moz) and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification in Google Ads (preferred).
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: AED3000.00 AED5000.00 per month
