Position: Assistant Manager, Marketing - Marine & Waterpark

As the Assistant Manager, Marketing - Marine & Waterpark, you will assist the Manager, Marketing - Marine & Waterpark, and manage all marketing activity relating to Marine and Waterpark business including its sub-business units under the Aquaventure World brand across:

1. Aquaventure Waterpark
2. The Lost Chambers Aquarium
3. Marine animal experiences
4. Watersports
5. MWP retail and F&B;

You will work closely with the Marine & Waterpark operations team to provide marketing support while maintaining brand positioning. Your responsibilities include:

1.





Assisting in the development of highly effective marketing strategies with guidance from the Marketing Manager and Director.
2. Helping implement plans to assist the marketing team in meeting revenue targets using all channels.
3. Owning the Aquaventure World brand identity, ensuring the tone of voice, visual identity, and brand essence is protected and promoted across all marketing initiatives.
4. Maintaining a strong awareness of business performance to drive budget targets.
5. Rolling out brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all key departments and becoming the brand guardian.
6. Auditing and maintaining the visual library for each business unit.

Another key part of this role will be to assist in managing internal photoshoots.
