Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a multifaceted individual skilled in SEO, content writing, social media management, videography, and editing. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
2. Content Creation: Write engaging and SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and website copy that resonate with our target audience.

Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
4. Videography & Editing: Create high-quality video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, and social media clips; edit videos to ensure professional presentation.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and drive results.
6. Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers, ensuring high open and click-through rates.
7. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
8. Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven (at least 1 year) experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, content writing, and social media management.
3. Proficient in videography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
4. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills is a plus.
