Job Description
Responsible for the maintenance and growth of assigned accounts for Hotel des Arts Saigon:
- Build and execute Sales & Marketing plan strategies in Corporate Segments.
- Regularly conduct telemarketing and sales calls to build good rapport with Corporate accounts, Associations, NGOs, Consulates, etc.
- Manage accounts and RFP.
- Generate revenue from Rooms and promote F&B; as per budget.
- Conduct market analysis: customer surveys, competitor activity, market trends & mix.
- Provide periodical reports on business status (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
- Coordinate with Hotel team to ensure good service to clients, prospects in terms of bookings, promotions, events, etc.
- Network in the assigned market to gather information, propose strategies, and execute strategies.
- Administer each contract.
- Arrange site inspections for clients.
- Perform ad hoc roles, projects, activities not limited to the above duties and responsibilities as required by management.
- Supervise Sales Executive activities.
Qualifications
- High enthusiasm & expressive voice with a result-oriented approach.
- University degree.
- Relevant experience of at least 1 year.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese in both speaking and writing.
