Responsibilities:
He/she should be a fast learner who can quickly identify business challenges and solutions, develop and lead projects for clients. Knowledge of the healthcare training and recruitment business industry in the UAE is a must. Compensation is as per industry standards, including a base salary, commissions/incentives, and other benefits for the right candidates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare sales and business development in training, education, and recruitment.
- In training and recruitment, he/she should possess excellent business development, selling, presentation, communication, client management, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
