JD Assistant Manager/ Business Development (Automotive)
Location: Dubai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop long-term and short-term sales strategies to establish profitable business associations with OEMs and dealerships.
2. Coordinate for commercials related discussions with OEMs/Dealers.
3. Generate new sales from a portfolio of accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
4. Identify new potential customers within the allocated geographical area and implement business development activities.
5. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction with the company and its products.
6. Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services.
7. Maintain awareness of the market (clients,
competitors, suppliers) and use any relevant information to increase the conversion rate.
8. Maintain awareness of developments in sales processes and product development.
9. Sales forecasting on a monthly/quarterly basis and ensure sales plan execution.
10. Achieve assigned sales for our products in the assigned territory; operate within assigned expense budget and achieve new product sales program.
11. Network and gather competition information, advising management with significant market insights.
12. Liaise internally with all designers and product engineers and report new product ideas.
13. The role will involve commercial, operational & financial responsibility across the vertical.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering & MBA in Marketing & Sales.
2. Experience: 6 to 8 years in the automotive industry, specifically in automotive accessories.
3. Key Points: Companies to target for search: NSV Auto, Alhassani,
Shokon Auto or similar companies. Candidates from OEM companies are also acceptable.
4. Nationality: Expats/Locals with Arabs.
5. Gender: No restriction.
6. Driving License: Mandatory.
7. Can join immediately.
Salary Range:
8,000 AED - 12,000 AED
