Job Description
We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.
As an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage / Assistant Food & Beverage Manager , you are responsible for assisting the Director of Food & Beverage / Food & Beverage Manager with both short and long-term planning and management of food & beverage operations in the front and heart of house. Your goal is to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
1.
Monitor guest feedback regarding service, products, and promotions and review it with the Director of Food & Beverage / Food & Beverage Manager.
2. Oversee all training activities of the Food & Beverage Department in conjunction with the Employee Development Department.
3. Review and control the weekly payroll and overtime sheets for all Food & Beverage outlets, monitoring them according to established budgets.
4. Consult with all outlet managers on operating requirements and quality standards.
5. Be proactive during service peak times, maintaining a highly visible profile in outlets.
6. Confer with the Director of Food & Beverage / Food & Beverage Manager on reports, forecasts, budgets, marketing plans, festivals, and special promotions.
7. Keep abreast of competitive trends, new products, and legislative requirements.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have a college/university degree with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
You must be computer literate with effective communication skills and possess an excellent command of written and spoken English.
