Senior Product Manager - Crypto Wallet and Mobile Application
Role can be based in Istanbul or Dubai

Their mission is to revolutionise the corporate and cryptocurrency world by making transactions seamless, secure, and accessible for everyone around the world through their groundbreaking crypto payment gateway / Wallet solution ……plus the anticipated release of their own coin. The multi-faceted digital platform is split into 4 key areas:
1. Payments by card (on/off rail)
2. Crypto tokenization
3. Exchange and Broker Dealer
4. Cross Border Remittance
Job Summary:
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management of the Crypto Web Wallet and Mobile Application as well as other areas of the business. This role requires a deep understanding of both the cryptocurrency landscape and payment gateway technologies, ideally Wallets. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a rapid scale-up where you will be working in an organically built environment where everything is custom built.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager - Crypto Wallet and Mobile Application role:
1. Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the crypto and payment gateway offerings, aligned with the company's overall goals.
2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this data to inform product decisions and strategies.
3. Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap,
ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
4. Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and efficient product development and launch.
5. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on market demand, customer feedback, and strategic goals. Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
6. User Experience: Champion the user experience, ensuring our products are intuitive, reliable, and exceed user expectations.
7. Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics and KPIs, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform future product iterations.
8. Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications for the Senior Product Manager - Crypto Wallet and Mobile Application role:
1. Experience: Proven senior level product management experience, with experience in Crypto Wallet and Mobile Applications.
2. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Crypto / Blockchain technologies and payment gateway systems.
3. Execution / Delivery: Able to own the full lifecycle from initial inception through to execution and delivery.
4. Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpreting complex datasets to drive product decisions.
5. Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
7. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
8. Customer Focus: Deep empathy for users and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
